Great views and location, staff really looked after us
The location on the edge of Sapa town was good. We had quite a nice view over the valley from our room. We also enjoyed the hotel pool and the restaurant was nice. The stars of the hotel have to be the staff, every department from front desk, baggage, room cleaning and restaurants were excellent, professional and super friendly.
Location and view were excellent. Clean and spacious room. Very helpful staff.
