Everything! People are so nice and they have free clean water refills and coffee/tea. The room was SO NICE and same with the bathroom! I wish we could rebook next time we’re in Hanoi. Also their excursions are amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi.
The staff is super friendly. Location is great, beds are comfortable and private - you get your own curtained capsule, with outlet, reading light, and fan. Perfect.

Location was great - right next to St Peter's Cathedral and close to great cafes and bars. The street was nice and quiet after hours and hearing the bells from the cathedral in the morning was lovely!
