The location is smack at the center of Hoan Kiem lake. Very easy to access souvenir shops and restaurants

I actually stayed two times in a short period of time. I had two different rooms. One on the third floor and then one on the sixth floor upon my second stay. On my first stay the room on the third floor had roaches. I asked them to spray the room, but it had little effect. When I arrived for my second stay I was put on the 6th floor and had no issues with bugs at all. Not sure if roach issues are comment in the Old Quarter, as this was my first stay in Hanoi. The location was great. The staff was great. The only issue was with my first room.

I like the location and the price is reasonable. The manager was very accommodating to our needs and concerns. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will get the same hotel when we return to Hanoi.

Duong, the hotel manager was extremely helpful and cordial. He allowed us to even store our luggage for free multiple times when we were travelling in and out of Hanoi. The location is perfect and walkable to every great place in the Old Quarter.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who were willing to accomodate to our needs and offer local recommendations. Great location, down a lively little alley and in walking distance to multiple must-see spots. The room was simple but effective; it had everything we needed and was clean on arrival.
