Very good location. Nice and clean room.Host is really friendly and helpful.
A no-frill place, clean and adequately equipped if cooking takes your fancy.
The location, by the Canal and on the fringes of a colourful, traditional market, is quite atmospheric and recommended if you are looking for something more authentic than District 1.
To top it all, the owner/manageress is very friendly and helpful - and is fluent in English...
If you don't mind carrying the heavy luggages to upstairs then it is the place perfectly to stay. The front balcony is very hot in the summer during the sunny days, but can be hanging out in a very tight space in the evenings. The bed is OK since it was made out of wooden pallets. Personally I liked it, & my wife liked it.
