There was a washing machine which we could use. Spacious accommodations. AC worked well. Wi-Fi was good. The host will leave a key fob for elevator. There’s a combo lock to lock condo door.
Very convenient location as it's on the busy bui vien walking street, so pretty central and plenty of food and coffee options steps away from the apartment. Even though there's lots of happenings on the main street, the apartment is tucked away in a quieter alley so it feels more peaceful.
So much charm in the building and apartment itself. We loved how it felt so local. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Very spacious and had everything we needed - a full kitchen, drinking water, a washing machine, strong wifi, a/c in all rooms, the works. Beds were large and firm and i slept comfortably every night. Also loved the balcony!
Lan our host was very easy to talk to, kind, and accommodating. This apartment was great value for money and i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we are in HCMC.

Great value, great location if you are doing a small stop over in Saigon. It is located in the very busy Bui Vien street, keep this in mind before booking if you do not like loud noise.
