This place exceeded all expectations. The staff, along with the owner Moon, are incredibly kind, attentive, and generous - you truly feel cared for. The entire property is very clean, and the swimming pool is easily one of the cleanest we’ve seen in Vietnam. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is also very good, within a short walk from the old city. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly return.

Clean, comfortable, close to the center, good value for money

Beautiful apartment looking over the pool. My wife likes to go to bed before I do so it was nice to have a separate room with a sofa and tv when I stayed up or when we were hanging out. Just far enough from the historic core to be relaxed but an easy walk to get there when we needed. Great restaurants across the street including one that takes credit cards (nice for your first night at n the country). Super friendly staff and the pool area had really nice seating options. Oh, and my wife reminded me, it was the most comfortable bed we’ve had on this trip.

The place is welcoming and pleasure. The rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped. The staff was nice and helpful, and made sure that we are good. The location is great- just a few minutes walk from the old city, with restaurants and shops around, and 1 min walk from the river.
