There is an underground parking garage, and the front desk staff were extremely enthusiastic and professional. They paid close attention to small details and were very considerate. I booked a room for two adults and two children, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged an extra bed at no additional cost to make our stay more comfortable. The luggage handler was very polite, helped carry our luggage to the room, and even explained how to use the in-room facilities. I did not receive this level of service at some nearby 5 stars hotels

Very good location everything was close to three hotel. Laundry around the corner one day service, excellent restaurant all close by. They arrange for a motor bike for me the only negative about this was it should have had at least a litter of fuel where as mine was on empty and I had trouble finding a gas station. Should just rent it full and request it to be returned that way

Can't beat the location. This is my 3rd time here.

It was four star for sure, if not five in our experience. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great.
