I loved how nice the staff were especially Moon and Jane. This was the prime location for our food tour adventures and itinerary focused around the Old Quarter :’)

The location was perfect, pretty much a walking distance from everything in the old quarter. The staff were very kind and helpful especially Hanna and Richard they helped us book a 1n2d cruise to ha long bay and let us leave our luggage in the lobby, the rest of the staff were all kind as well, the room was clean and despite being located in a crowded area we didn’t experience any noise. Breakfast was not bad like I read in the other comments, it was decent and they had some options.

As per the previous review, the staff are the asset of this hotel. They are very friendly, helpful and kind. Always has service with a smile. The place is also the centre of everything (sightseeing, food and coffee shops, souvenir shopping). Thank you Golden Legend Boutique Hotel we had an enjoyable stay in Hanoi.

The location is excellent surrounded by many places to eat and walk. The staff was always helpful and friendly, they answered all our questions and made us comfortable. When we wanted a motorbike they handled the logistics and got us a fair price, making things easier. We enjoyed many items in the morning buffet, and we could enjoy some quiet time in the room despite being in a lively street.
