very friendly staff, the quiet apartment, availability of everything you need
the location was perfect, very near to the West lake so you can go running in the morning.
This hotel is superb! Well-maintain, very clean and having a great staff. Especially the reception, they were all great and they arranged a lot of things for me during my stay, plus all their recommendations are fantastic. They are always there to help me out, up to the most small details they are hands on!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to come in Ha Noi. For sure, I will definitely come back here!
