I like that the staff, Ms. Thuyen was very responsive and approachable. Also, I love the space and how we almost had everything we needed in our stay. The price was also reasonable
Spacious and clean room. Not too far from the centre but the surrounding area is very quiet
The room overall was neat and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. One issue i faced was my door lock card was not working and had to use keys which was pretty difficult to lock the room. Other than that it was a pretty decent hotel to stay in.
The hotel is super clean. The room is spacious designed especially the bathroom with a large wash basin. I have been traveling for the last 12 years and considered this hotel a needle in a haystack. Friendly staff and superb value
The room, linen, towels, and the bed was very clean, the mattress very comfortable (asian hardness level), and the room had windows. The room did its job and addressed my chief needs of a clean bed and bathroom very well.
