The house was spacy, and well designed with different separated rooms, nice working desk and a reading bench by the windows as well. It also has a kitchen with almost full kitchen wares so you can enjoy some cooking moments. The place is not located within the old town, but not far from the centre at all.

It has everything you need. We loved the pool and it was nice to be able to use a private kitchen! Perfect balance between privacy and meeting new people. We made friends here :) we ended up staying for 2 weeks! We just kept extending.

The staff are very delightful, friendly, and helpful. They take pride in caring for the accommodation and their guests. The accommodation, apartment, outdoors and pool were very clean. I seek accommodation with cooking facilities, and having a private (in apartment) kitchen was Wonderful! Availability of a washing machine and area to dry clothes was extremely useful. Both fan and air-conditioning were available. Use of a bicycle was super for me as I do not know how to ride or have a licence for a motorbike, for the exercise and because the accommodation is not in the centre of the ancient part of Hoi An. I will definitely book to stay here again when next in Hoi An. The landlord/ manager did not request I do a review. I am self-motivated to provide this review due to my very high recommendation for HA Hoian Hero Pool House.
