When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room is really comfortable and clean. I tried another hotel at a similar price, but it wasn't worth it. The room there was not clean like they only cleaned it once and left it there.
It's my second time staying at Hana and it doesn't disappoint. The breakfast is good too. Good value for your money, highly recommend.
The staff was very friendly and could speak a little bit English which very rare in Vietnam ! Our bedroom was nice and clean. The shower could be a bit more modern but it’s asian style. We recommend this place !
The Hotel is in K-Town so probably gonna fine Korean food mostly. It's quite zone as well.
