central location. Marco was really helpful and always did his best to serve us. very honest guy.
The staff here are all so sweet and considerate. They treated us like friends and were always warm and welcoming. Location is great for walking all around the Old Quarter. They also helped with transportation tickets. Vy, Marco, Vinh and Flower were especially great.
Very convenient to walk everywhere in the Old Quarter. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Marco, Vy, and Mr Thomas especially were helpful and treated us like family. They helped us with travel arrangements also.
The staff was very helpful. The location is in the centre of the city. They also upgraded us. They are many halal restaurants nearby.
Dr. Griggs here from US, spent around 30 days traveling all around Southeast Asia and stayed in about 10 different hotels during my time here and I must say that the hospitality and customer service at Hanoi Silk far supersedes any other experience I’ve had on this trip, all staff was great, but special thanks to Marco.
