The staff and location were excellent! I was honest with the staff about my rating, and they were so thoughtful in giving me half off my airport transfer.
The staff was super nice, the food is good, the bedroom was spacious, with a confortable bed and a clean and big bathroom. The location is great, because is close to everything, but it’s also in the busiest part of the city.

The location was perfect. Lively, safe and vibrant neighborhood. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional. And the staff were incredible. They got to know each guest personally and went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and getting the best out of your time there.
