Staff very friendly smile Rosa so helpful for any information
The best thing about this hotel is the service -- they are all super friendly and genuinely kind and caring, and they offer 24-hour service which was huge. Rosie patiently helped me get a visa in less than two hours which was enough time to catch my flight and save hundreds of dollars.
The complementary breakfast pho was so delicious that I didn't go out for breakfast.
The location is perfect it's right by a beautiful lake/pagoda and within 10 minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in Hanoi.
The room comes with unlimited free waters which is clutch, and my room was super comfortable with nice sun-blocking shades and a spacious bathroom. Room service was awesome.
Everyone and everything about this hotel made me feel at home. Wish I could've stayed longer.
We have traveled around the world and have never received the personal service and attention that we received at this property! From the reception, housekeeping and breakfast room the service was outstanding! Rosie is absolutely the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind, helping us with bookings and obtaining rides for us. She explained everything very well. Her command of the English language is very good making communication a breeze! There are many restaurants and shops a short walking distance from the property. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast with fresh watermelon juice, coffee, tea, etc. There is plenty of fresh fruit and other dishes. You can order pho or eggs made to order. Thank you Mango for the great service! If we ever return to Hanoi, we would definitely stay here again!
