Very welcoming and helpful about any information we needed. Ms Lisa was brilliant at replying and organising everything we needed from the Ha Giang Loop to booking a day trip to Ninh Binh, our bus to Hoi An and helping me retrieve my purse I left on the bus. Very impressed and would recommend to friends to stay.
Big spacious room, clean and with a great view. Everything was as expected and even better. The staff was super kind and helpful, they really went the extra mile to help me out with every matter.
location is great, staff are great and very sweet, everything is nearby
The hotel wasn't luxury and it wasn't hostel vibe really, but the staff was super friendly and willing to help, and the location was great!
