The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast overall met my expectations and included a good variety of options.
Loved everything about this place hospitality was top tier! Especially from Mr Kang, such a kind person who accommodated everything for our stay from the bags to the showers later on in the evening at the spa before we depart!

Very clean property in the heart of Hanoi. 5 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake. Very welcoming staff, and they did their best to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed. The breakfast options were good too.
