Comfortable, very helpful staff and great location.
The lady and the man here were so so nice, we had problem with the geyser and they fixed in 30 mins and everything worked fine.
They helped us get the bus and waited and dropped us to the bus stand, helped us with the laundry and also were providing us warm clothes as it was a bit cold and our clothes were for laundry.
Best Location and stay in Ninh Binh.
very good for the super cheap price :) I liked the idea of the curtains for every bed, it gave some privacy even if in a dormitory room.
