We really liked our room, the decoration was very beautiful and it was good value for money. The lady managing the hotel was for us the highlight; she was always very helpful! We had a problem with hot water and she came to fix it immediately and was always here to support when needed. I recommend this place!

Very nice staff, clean and spacious room with a balcony and city view. Very close to the Futa Bus terminal.

I liked almost everything... Nice room with all basic facilities one will need & a big balcony with the Nice View of Dalat. There is only one Staff & She is a Sweet Girl. She manages all property alone but we never faced any issues so kudos to her.

We got a room update for free, amazing. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the view is nice.

The rooms are relatively quiet, compared to most other places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. The beds are softer than most. There is some mood lighting. The balcony is spacious. The staff are incredibly friendly, really beautiful people. Not after your money or up-selling you extras, just very kind and hospitable.
