- Checkin and checkout procedures are easy and fast. Good breakfast with different choices. And I love the bathroom amenities and hot shower.
- Room is big and very clean.
- Location is far from the downtown but it seems to be convenient to get to the airport. There is a Korean town with many good cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes by car or public transport.

Location is great for my purpose. Beds are awesome and comfortable. Like access to the spa and gym.
Having breakfast always at Regency Club Lounge with excellent reception and heartly services over the 11 days of stay, leisurely with long duration of operation hours. Highly recommended for Club Access option.
The staff were helpful and friendly, but check in is confusing due to 'deposit'.
Room is spacious.
