Absolutely amazing owners and value! The owners were incredibly nice and helpful, even letting me borrow their motorbike when I ended up being in a tight spot and needed help! The property was also incredibly clean, and the room had every accommodation I needed.

The hotel is very new, the furniture in the room is also very clean and beautiful. The owner Thoa was very enthusiastic in guiding the tourist attractions around here. Thank you.

The Ngoc Hoa Hotel offers great value with its quiet environment, convenient location, and friendly service. Highly recommended for those traveling on a budget who still want a comfortable and safe place to stay.

The room is big and clean and is exactly like the pictures, even with a nice balcony. Fully equipped with good shower pressure, aircon and ceiling fan! Was able to rent a bike from the hotel for a very good price A good location, very quiet area, only 12 minute drive to hoi an, but beaches are close by and good cafes! The owners were absolutely lovely, helping with anything we needed. They helped us book a good price taxi from the hotel all the way to Danang which was super helpful. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, the owners really made us feel welcome and I would recommend!

The staff were friendly and approachable. The front desk staff made checking in and out easy, and they were happy to provide local recommendations. Though the hotel is modest, the service felt warm and personal, which added to the positive experience.
