Everything is amazing. Kim is the best, she is so caring and provides u with all the amenities. Location is amazing and got balcony and a big room with laundry included. Kim buys u the breakfast and will ask about what you prefer to eat.

Kim Homestay Apartment is tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you would need to feel comfortable. The place is very clean and tidy and Kim does everything she can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. So many things worth looking at and exploring a close by and can be accessed on foot.

This place is really good;

1. Super strategic location; less than 100m to Ben Thanh Market, Malaysian street, Saigon Centre, Takashimaya mall.

2. Good service; The owner (Kim liem) is really kind and generous. She is really concerned about Halal food, transportation, etc..easy to deal with her as she is also very sporting.

3. Cozy vibe; This place makes U feel like Home instead of a homestay. Give us the Cozy vibe.

4. Maps; The maps are also being provided by the owner.

Kim is the hostess of this holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She is honest, cares about her guests, provides everything within the Homestay that any guest could want. I cannot rate this experience high enough, it was trouble free. Kim provided water, Pepsi and food as well as tea and coffee free of charge. She gave us a tasty breakfast and eggs for us to cook. The Homestay has wonderful shower, washing machine, cooking facilities everything you can need within your own home Kim provides. It is in the heart of district 1 surrounded by everything one needs to see in HCM.

We stayed at Kim’s house during the Tet festival.

Kim sent us a lot of useful information before we arrived on which taxis to use and what to do when we were there.

On arrival she met us and showed us into the house. She lives in the same building as was available to help us at any hour.

The house was clean and had everything we could need for cooking, cleaning and even included some food and drinks for free.

It was spotless and she explained that the room was only just available again after a couple of years closed due to Covid. It’s located near to the market and walking distance to the main sights. Lots of restaurants around as well.

She even took us to the local places for breakfast and recommended places for dinner. Overall we couldn’t have been happier. After 2 months of travelling in SE Asia. This was one of the most comfortable stays we have had.
