The staff were very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was sufficient. The location is close to stores that sell clothes and buy coffee. There are a lot of cafes around. Recommend to eat at my pho, open until 11.30am, for rice meals, noodles and spring rolls.
The receptionists (Ms. Daily and Sally) were easy to talk to in English and very willing to assist you.
Everything was great here!! The staff, the accommodations, the breakfast in the morning - highly recommend!!
Location is near lots of shops, restaurants, and Hoan Kiem Lake. It is also between Train Street and the night market. They have a spa/massage on site and laundry service. The water pressure was good. Ms. Daily and everyone are very helpful.
