Check-in was extremely easy, and instructions were very clear. Host was informative and available and was available if needed. The room was very nice and even had an enclosed patio wood bathtub that I did not use, but was nice. Shower, TV, air conditioning, etc. all worked and were nice. Location was great for Grab and for walking to places. There are maybe 10-12 steps from street level to the second floor elevator, and then another 10-12 from the 6th. floor to the 7th. floor where my room was located. There is only one room on the 7th. floor. Used washer/dryer, which worked fine. Wifi worked and did not have any connectivity issues.

Great location. The apartment was really cozy and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the city.

Great location and a large spot. Self check in was very easy. Our original booking didn’t match the apartment (they’ve since changed the photos and description). Although considered an upgrade, it didn’t have a balcony. They were very helpful to resolve the issue, so all is well that ends well!

It was near to city center and night markets as well as food stalls. Room is bigger compare to other hotel. So affordable. We will still choose this property once we go back in Hanoi.

Everything in the picture is same with the reality. The location is great. I thought will be noisy because near the main street but surprisingly not.
