I booked the apartment 2 times during my short trip in Vietnam, and both apartments were clean and prepared perfectly. There is a small, fully equipped kitchen so you can cook for yourself and both times the bed was comfortable. If i had any problem or question, I could always text the owners and get a quick reply. The apartments were pretty spacious, too, and had small balconies to enjoy the morning coffee
