The hostess kindly helped keep our luggage safe for a few days when we travelled to Sapa. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Apartment is located within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter, hence there are many food options nearby. Check-in and check-out are both fuss-free. Rooms are clean and with all the needed amenities. There is even a washing machine in the kitchen area for use.

The location was more than perfect! In walking distance to everything. The flat was great for us and our 2 kids with a separate bedroom and a washing machine and fridge. The communication with the host was super fast and helpful. She also organised a transfer to the airport that was much cheaper than a grab. We would stay again!

The host girl was very friendly and flexible. We even stayed spontaneous one day longer. Everything was no problem. Beds are harder in Vietnam than in Europe - same in this apartment but very comfortable.

- very friendly owner, easy to reach - good location (it is on the 5th floor though, lots of stairs in hot weather) - the two separate bedrooms were very good for us with small kids - we could use the owners washing machine (as seen in the pictures, in the shared kitchen)
