the room was very clean and comfortable, it was a bit small and with not a lot of space to put the bags, but was still okay for us. Its a 10 min walk to the old city but in a nice area.

Excellent location just outside of the Old Town. I ended up adding three extra nights to my stay because I loved Hoi An so much! The owner was very nice, although she didn't speak much English (Google Translate helped). When I first checked in, it wasn't the room I had booked, but they were able to move me to that room the next night. The bed is very comfortable (memory foam) and the A/C works well. Bikes are available to rent. They arranged a taxi for me to Da Nang Airport for my departing flight.

Excellent location, very near to the old town and very helpful staff. Shuttle services are significantly cheaper than if you were to book through Grab. My family booked 2 rooms for our 1 week stay in Hoi An and it helped significantly with our custom suits, bags and shoes since we needed to revisit couple of times for fittings.

The room was very homely and clean. The beds were comfy but the highlight was the shower! It was lovely and hot (which is rare in Asia haha)

A really great location, only a five minute walk to the town. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy.
