The location was nice. Rooms were clean. The best staff, very accommodating and warm. They were very attentive to our needs and requests. Staff were very helpful and kind.
Amazing, well-trained staff, especially the female employee at the reception desk. They took care of us right when we walked in, and made sure to answer every questions or requests we had. They gave us an upgrade free-of-charge and the rooms were both clean and comfortable. With the location right in the center of Old Town and only one street over from a night market, it's definitely a deal!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and provided us assistence in booking tours and rides. The Spa was also exceptional.
