Comfortable rooms. The staff at reception are nice and helpful. The cleaning ladies do their job well and quickly. Security always keeps a close eye on safety.
Good deal with luxurious hotel lobby. The facilities are a few years old and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, stuff was nice, there was beautiful view on the hills. And price was good.
Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.
Staff was very kind and helpful, room was spacious,and clean,bed comfortable ,TV had netflix and the location was convenient. I'd recommend to stay here :)
