The room is spacious, comfortable bed. Staffs are nice
There was a mountain view right outside our balcony, it was breathtaking. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was superb, we had to deposit our bags after checking out and they allowed us to take a shower when we came to retrieve our luggage at night before leaving for Hanoi at night. They even offered breakfast because it was off peak season! When we left for Hanoi, they packed drinks and snacks for us, very very thoughtful.

The room was great and overall we had an amazing experience! I strongly recommend this property
I really like the property because it is so quiet at the same time the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I love the room it is so clean and they always ask us if we wanted the room to be cleaned every time we go out for the day. It’s about 10 mins walk to the city center but it’s just a minute away from Moana Sapa. I really want to recommend this Hotel.
The view is amazing from the balcony. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast is superb. They cooked my bacon to my liking.
