A great hotel, in a great location. The rooms are a decent size and comfy, the aircon is decent, shower powerful and its nice and quiet. Tony and his team go above and beyond to make you feel looked after without it feeling too fussy. Overall a great place to stay when in Hanoi.

Walkie & Tommy were always helpful. They organized 2 private tours for us with a driver of their trust and we were very happy with the service! As for the location, it can't get much more central.
I had a large comfortable room, with a/c, wet bar, kettle and a safe. The hotel is very central and it’s easy to access all major attractions. Staff r all great, very helpful and interactive and English is spoken by all staff.
Big and clean room.
Location is great, with lots of food within walking distance.
