Good basic room with kitchen and bathroom. Paid laundry service (a little pricey but very convenient). Location - in the Japanese quarters, so lots of Japanese food in the area. I liked that it had bedside lamps with warm light to use in the evenings.
The room was super spacious, and we loved having the fridge and small kitchenette. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit, and there were lots of food and grocery options nearby (FamilyMart across the road, and 7/11 about 50m away).
Perfect spot for city exploring. I got a little sick and ordered from Grab a few times.

Great location in Japan town Saigon! Plenty of great restaurants, cafes, convenience stores nearby. Big Clean but dated room but at a great price for a budget solo traveller or couple.
