It has a great location. It is right near the opera house and the Le chan statue. Most importantly, there are many places to eat Bahn Da Cua nearby. Also, the host was very friendly and was always willing to help. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I stayed there with my girlfriends and she loved the decor.

The room was comfortable and clean and everything worked. The location was near the centre and the station. The communication was good and I was allowed to check in early. The place is a homestay not a hotel as it has no reception or staff on duty. There was no fridge in the room, just a shared one on the ground floor. The balcony did not really have a view or a chair to sit on. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and winding which makes it a struggle if you have a large bag.

It was perfect for a one night stop over after flying into Hai Phong too late to travel on to catba island. Clean, modern, comfy, great communication with host. It’s more on an air bnb than a hotel. ( self check in and out , pay by bank transfer or leave cash). Down a pretty side alley, quiet, close to shops and food. Was a perfect little oasis for us.
