Great location near both D1 and D3. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. But it's also located in a quiet side street, you hardly even know the busy street is so close because it's so quiet. Bed was comfortable and the host was very attentive.
The apartment is in a great location, in a secure area, that is off a busier street so it is quiet in the evening. The apartment is good size and the AC is the bedroom works well. There are fans in the other rooms in the house. There's a washer available and drying racks. The host is very responsive and helpful. It was good size for a longer stay but the seating in the front room wasn't especially comfortable so it is probably better for shorter stays.
It's a ground floor apartment unit within an old apartment complex, nestling in a peaceful and unexpectedly quiet alley. Very convenient to get around the city from this location. Giang/Pavel was very helpful and friendly. Facilities provided are more than enough to accommodate a homestay experience. Highly recommended for people who want a glimpse at the typical Saigonese household and way of life.
Spacious apartment in a good location. Nicely decorated, I think some of the photography was taken by the host which is a unique touch. Very quiet area, and the outside gate gets locked at night so it feels safe. Good facilities including a fridge and washing machine. There is a dining table in the kitchen area and a table in the living room. A range of different lighting, especially in the bedroom.
Beautiful, clean and cozy place. A fantastic location. Plenty of room, daylight and etc. Overall a good experience and if you're checking in at a normal daytime, there's gonna be no issues at all, and I can recommend this place. If you're checking in after ~9pm, you might run into some issues though.
