From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. The girl at the front desk was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and she went out of her way to assist me with every request. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, ensuring a restful stay.Conveniently situated near, making it easy to explore the city.There is a fitness center too. The entire hotel was meticulously maintained, which made me feel safe and comfortable. Despite being in a busy area, my room was peaceful and perfect for resting.The quality of service and amenities far exceeded the price I paid. Highly Recommended: I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Would love to visit again and again.

Allround cleanliness, location and price. Also, the security guard is very attentive at night and he’s very friendly. The rest of the staff works hard to please the customers as well.

Location Location Location. Pearl Service Apartments is in the best part of town with sensational restaurants just a short distance away. The staff made me feel like one of the family. If six stars was available I would give it!

The bed was the highlight!! After spending several weeks sleeping on hard Vietnamese mattresses at other places it was unbelievably good to sleep on a soft western style mattress!!

The room is spacious. The front desk was friendly and helpful. She stays 6 days a week and always show support. Internet is flawless, and free drinking water is also nice. Many restaurants and grocery shops around (around 15-min walking distance).
