Love this place. It is so comfortable. The house is very clean and exactly like the pictures shown. Lovely host. The pool is private inside the house, no stranger can swim so it is very clean. BBQ is ok. Sauna works well. Price is cheap compared to other places in the same area.

The second time staying here. Khanh is very friendly and kind. He helped my children to order food at midnight. Besides, the pool is very clean. The house is clean, bedsheets are changed new and have good smell. The penthouse looks very warm at all. It is suitable for big family with total 4 bedrooms in 2 floor. All is private. The location is in the center, can walk to everywhere, but better use Grab/Be (just 1-2$ to district 1). There is Phuc Long coffee shop and Vinmart Supermarket downstair. Spa and massage store, clothes store are oposite to the building. This is valuable and convenient at all. I love this penthouse and I will be back next time.

The penthouse is located in the center of HCM, can walk to famous places easily. The house, beds are very clean, the service is professional. The pool is very private inside the penthouse. Very nice host, we felt so welcomed and happy. We will come back in the near future. Thanks Khanh for being kind to us.

Nice and cozy apartment! The pool and sauna in the apartment was also a nice addition. The pool could easily fit 10 people, and the sauna could fit at most 4. The host was very accomodating when I did not bring cash for payment and settled for a bank transfer. (Context: I had been paying through booking.com and I mistakenly assumed that I would be paying through the card linked to this booking. However, I didn't know that there would be apartments in this platform where the host would be the one handling payment)
