Spacious apartment with good views of the sea and the city and hills behind. Very helpful agent. Use of nice pool on level 2. Good location. Very Happy with choosing this apartment for 1 week in Nha Trang (room 714)
Perfect location, large and cozy apartment and beach in front of us! Serein (Apartment customer service manager) was very helpful and friendly.
We were upgraded free of charge after the first night to a different unit -- larger, and further up the building -- in response to a couple of problems on arrival. We didn't seek the upgrade, but it was very nice to have, and the new apartment was enormous, and well kitted-out. We found everyone we dealt with very helpful and accommodating, including the door staff (I am disabled and need help in and out of my wheelchair). Apartment was very clean, and the view (the beach) was fantastic. This was our second stay at the Costa Nha Trang and in aggregate it was even better than the first. Thanks to Serein for her kindness, helpfulness and efficiency in anticipating our needs during our stay.
