Its just across the train station. Ideal location if you are going to Sapa. They allowed us to stay at their lounge before and after check-in hours.
The room was good with a comfortable bed, A/C, and overall good value for the price. Very clean and convenient location in Old Quarter. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Everyone spoke at least some English so very little trouble communicating if you don't speak Vietnamese.
A very up to date and comfortable room, and a good bathroom too, with an excellent shower and quality bath products provided. I stayed for two nights and slept really well each night. Barring the light switches (see comment in next section), the rooms are really well thought out.
The location is good and just opposite Hanoi station. The staff and hotel manager very nice! Thanks to the hotel manage to arrange all the travel transit and limo
Got pleasantly surprise of the larger room this time. Was great to have extra space.
