Everything was great! The rooms with windows are comfortable. The staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating
The hotel is right in the center of Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem lake. The reception is very friendly and helpful. David walked with our bags all the way to our taxi because we chose the wrong address. The breakfast was delicious, even though we didn’t have time to choose some food to order, the buffet options are great as well (fried rice, pastries, cereal, bread with butter and jam, fried eggs, fruit). The room was nice and quite spacious for the rooms in Hanoi. The balcony was tiny but nice and had a nice view. The place has an elevator as well.
Check-in was very quick, and the reception staff was very friendly and efficient. Ms. Hanna welcomed us and showed us around the property.
My room was on the second floor and was very clean and comfortable. I was not expecting the amenities of a large chain hotel in this small country, so I was not disappointed in the simple but functional furnishings.
My friend had a huge bed on the 8th floor - note: elevator only goes to 6, but he was fine walking up the two flights.
The AC was cold and the shower was strong and hot. The bed was very comfortable.
The included breakfast was lovely, plentiful, and well prepared with both local and international selections. The best pho I have ever had! And they offered wine and vodka if you wanted.
Our server, Skype, was so lovely! Truly an asset! She was so friendly and sweet and made great recommendations for local services and attractions.
I would highly recommend this hotel to budget conscious travelers- only 87 USD for two nights!
Outstanding breakfast. Apart from buffet breakfast , one can order la carte like choice of your omelette/ Eggs/ French toast/ pan cakes and lot more free of cost included in free breakfast option if you selected.
I have stayed here couple of times and major reason the friendly and helpful attitude of the front desk staff. The breakfast is also reasonably good
