The place located in center of Saigon and within short walking distance to most famous attractions of the city. Next door has coffee shop and 7-11 as well as restaurant. Bus stop for airport trip also 2-3 mins walk. Neighbours are friendly and willing to show you the way to the room. Facilities overall is nice for the price.
