- The building in located nearby many seafood restaurants, cafes and minishops as well. - Nicely designed apartment with aircon and good shower. Washing machine is provided although we did not use it. - Supportive owner who sends us a list of recommended places for food and entertainment.

Very close to the beach. Fantastic view from level 20. Very spacious apartment. Amazing value. Second stay and planning our third.

We loved our stay in Quy Nhon, and a huge part of that was our lovely apartment. The location is exceptional right on the beach, a short walk from a WinMart+ and an amazing coffee shop a few mins from the doorstep (Adiuvat!). There is also a great Dim Sum place next door which we loved. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchen sufficient to do breakfast and a basic meal using one pot. It was a peaceful stay and we slept very well. The city view presented an interesting landscape which we enjoyed probably as much as the sea view. The landlord is super nice and always available to help when needed, especially as we turned up a day earlier than our booking and he kindly accommodated us! The reception staff also brilliant. We used the 5 star hotel within the same building including it’s fitness centre, and rooftop bar for drinks and dinner which was perfect! Highly recommend TMS for your stay in Quy Nhon! :)

I checked in exactly as described on Booking, the room was clean and tidy, with 2 large beds even though I was only traveling with 2 people. The balcony is special, because it faces directly to the sea and has tables and chairs. I really liked the host's welcome, he was very polite and thoughtful. The beach is close to where you live and you can swim. Next time I come to Quy Nhon, I will still choose here.

The property’s owner should make clear sea view or no sea view, I saw the photos that they posted on booking are almost sea view, but when I checked in I found that was not true as the photos on booking.com as I expected the room would be the same with photos. The pillows are so high. The room is clean, we feel comfortable in bed. Not enough kitchen equipment and looks not tidy, we didn’t use the kitchen as they don’t equip enough. The owner is nice and polite.
