When booking this budget accomodation I read all the negative reports first. Then I looked at the most recent reviews which were more encouraging. Thinking that the value and location outweighed the possible negatives I made a one month booking. To my surprise and delight the room was newly painted and had a new ceiling and both main and bath doors were new as well. The refrigerator was clean and working as well as the split air conditioner and room fan. The attached bath was clean and fully working. In fact everything was in top order and very clean. This property is very inexpensive for the quality of the accomodation and excellent location just 5 minutes from the beach and opposite the King Kong Supermarket. There are many good local restaurants and bars. A real gem for cost conscious travelers. I recommend it without reservation as a value for money option.

Smaller size room with nice higher ceilings, air con was working well, also had small fridge in the room. When walked about 1 minute to the main road, there were many small kiosk with delicious food, also not far shop Called King Kong, which had in stock everything from foods, toiletries, new clothes. Also nearby Big travel Agent I think called Johsons, and they have so many trips right from there and the best Exchange rate around there.

Good budget accommodation. Nothing to complain about the aircon was cold, the shower was hot, everything was clean and in a good location

I had my own room which was perfect! Ok, during my stay I was in two rooms, number 9 and number 11. In room number 9 was the air conditioning much better, in the other room didn’t want to cool it as efficiently and made strange noises while starting or stopping. There was a TV in both rooms but I could find much more interesting channels in room number 11. I had a fridge in room 11, there was none in other room. It took some time to get warm water in the shower and it didn’t last long. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep.
