The room and bath were nice, clean and well-maintained. Staff was superb. Tracy at reception days and John, manager, were exceptional, welcoming, accomodating, and very helpful in providing local information and language help. The breakfast was excellent, good choices prepared individually by the kitchen, service, and a buffet that featured daily selection of fruit including some tropical specialties. The rooftop dining area with city views a big plus. All around a most pleasant place to stay! Note, it may be a bit difficult to notice the hotel entryway. Among a number of restaurants with tables on the street, there is an address #22 above a door to a long hallway, at the end of the hall find the wonderful Cosy Inn.

Proximity to all the markets, water puppet theater, quiet, the pho ga breakfast, and the staff!

I have a lovely time here . All the amenities are super close to the hotel. Tracy has made all the arrangements well and smooth Thank you Tracy

Location. Its in the middle of the old quarters but you wont feel the chaos outside. Smart Tv. Good wifi. Staff are nice
