Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The unit was spacious. Bathroom was lovely

The location is far from motorcycle noise, so you can get great sleep. The views are back parts of Vietnamese houses, so you feel immersed in the city. It is also nice that the area is far from the central streets where air is heavily polluted. The nice corridor walking to this location is a nice transition going home after a long day. Area is safe, with convenience stores nearby, easy to get grab car and grab food! It is a new construction so everything is neat and clean. The house has working facilities, aircon, hot water, tv and wifi. Big space for the price compared to other apartments. Here you get a kitchen, (with dishes), laundry, living area, dining area, separate bedroom (big bed), bathtub shower and toilet. The lady that oversees the apartment is very kind, although doesn’t speak english, she calls someone to translate.

Everything. The location is in a nice neighbourhood with nice coffee shops next door and convenience stores around. The building is super clean, everything is brand new and there is a lovely peaceful energy. The housekeeper comes everyday to clean. She is extremely kind and helpful and is excellent at cleaning. The building is safe and secure, close to the city centre and as a solo woman I felt very safe and happy. This is the only place I will stay when I next come to Hanoi. I would give 1000/10 if I could. Looks even better than the photos.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and funny. The apartment was spacious and the washing machine was a bonus. The tv was huge and the induction cooker was great. The apartment was serviced every day which was appreciated. We would stay there again if it was in a different area. The area wasn’t very relaxing and the roads adjacent to the property are extremely busy. That being said, you can’t hear the traffic from the apartment, just the cockerel and barking dogs!
