This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Modern bathroom. Location is good. Front desk staff is super friendly (they always knew my name). The arranged a motorbike to take me to 2 of the tombs and the pagoda which I enjoyed. I’d definitely stay here again and I think basically everyone would like it.
The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I had forgotten to tell them that we didn't have hot water when we left for dinner and when I mentioned it when we returned after dinner, it was immediately addressed. We had asked to store our luggage as we arrived on the over night sleeper train and were pleasantly surprised to find our rooms ready for us to check into . We had requested ahead of time a driver from the train station to the hotel and a tour guide for seeing the sights the day we arrived. Both the driver and the guide exceeded our expectations. The driver kept the car running and cooled off on the very hot and humid day of sight seeing. The guide was very knowledgable and modified our tour for us due to the extreme heat that day.
Beautifully furnished room, excellent staff who are super kind and helpful. Great breakfast and the perfect location for access to the Old City. You want to stay here.
