Very new and clean , the staff owners where magnificent and extremely helpful
owner is very friendly and even let us to put our motorcycle for a night when we went for a 2d1n halong cruise
A new hotel. Polite hosts, offered to drive us to the pier. There’s a cafe nearby. It was convenient to spend the night before the cruise
The room looked very new/recently renovated and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful
Amazing hospitality. Got picked up and dropped off everywhere for free, arranged a cheap taxi to Hanoi and overall great service above anything we expected. Very smiley and friendly aswell.
