The place is near the tourist attraction and the room is clean , the staff are friendly and accommodating .
The location was really convenient, 10 minutes walk from the old town and we didn't hear the noise of the city. They upgraded us to a larger and more spacious room, it was cozy, clean and they changed water and towels every day. One of the women at the desk was very nice, explained to us where to go around Hoi An and gave us tips. We rented a motorbike through the hotel for 150,000 dong for one day. And we did laundry for 45,000 dong per kilo.

The villa was cozy and beautiful, the room was very spacious, clean and new :) We love the small balcony that has stools provided and we could sit there and enjoy the river view and watch sunrise. Staffs were friendly and helpful :) They helped us to take out the bike in the early morning so we could cycling around the quiet ancient town in sunrise.
Great location, super clean and tidy, and the staff were super nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.
