The location is exceptional for travelers who need an absolute private atmosphere. The beach is so clean, thanks to being distant from other resorts. The staff is super friendly. My dog was allowed to access almost all corners of the resort, and all the staff was so friendly to him.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the equipment were not very modern, they were clean and worked well.
Good place for a retreat in Phan Thiet, good location, easy to access the city and visit Ham Tien/ Mui Ne. I like the staff, quiet and peaceful of the place, and a good beach also.
I want to checkout late for 2 hours for a personal reason and the staff was very helpful and nice. I will re-visit next time.
The White Sabds Resort really exceeded my expectations in every area. I went mainly because it's pet-friendly and I wanted to take my two small dogs, but the resort itself is tastefully luxurious and beautifully kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out an hour and a half later with no extra charge and really helping us with anything we needed at any time. The resort are right on the beach, in an area that is uncrowded and genuinely of white sand. This really was one of the most beautiful beach resorts I've stayed in.
We loved it here. Such a relaxing place to rewind and enjoy by the beach or pool. The staff is amazing and friendly. They keep the grounds clean and the beach is also kept well maintained and cleaned. The food is great as well. The breakfast buffet on Sundays has a lot of varieties to choose from. What I loved most is how pet friendly they are. They are true to their words of being pet friendly. Many hotels will claim they are pet friendly but limit to certain weights, breeds, as well as charge a lot extra for your dog. This hotel is a hidden gem.
