Very beautiful rooms, food was good and the staffs were very nice.
It was a great property for a good price. Even their food was excellent.
The customer service is very good. Everyone seemed to make it their mission to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were regularly asked for our experiences and they responded well when I had an issue. The room was a great value for the money we paid: it was spacious, clean and had a great view. It's a great value for those wanting 4 star accommodations and I would compare it to the other top hotels in Hanoi (I've been living here for 10 years and have stayed at all of them).
