The front desk was warmth, professional and very responsive; likewise the housekeeping staff. The fragrance of the facility was pleasant. The breakfast was nice but small in amount and choice. This is one improvement the Axis Suites needs to make.
Location is great and walking distance to a few spots
Despite it being overpriced,I liked the spaciousness of the rooms. Special thanks to Vera and all members of staff for being such wonderful hosts.
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful.
The spaces inside the suite were much bigger than expected and pleasantly furnished.
There is an ATM machine next door, which was a plus.
Members of staff were extremely helpful; notably Olamide, Beatrice and the lady Supervisor. They assisted in whatever way possible.....and with broad smiles !
